Isabella led a team in the cooking challenge, where all participants took on roles to ensure a three course meal could be served to our judges on time.

Our Kitchen Skills Essentials Program went off beautifully in June, and our participants are working at many places across the Greater St. John’s area. One of the highlights of the training was the opportunity to showcase their skills during a head-to-head challenge, where two teams made vastly different three course meals, but in the end they both thrived with the skills they learned in the program.

Chef Amanda and Employment Facilitator Melissa worked with the group of eight for the full four weeks, giving them skills they would require to be successful in a kitchen environment.
