Zac graduated from the Culinary Arts program at Holland College in PEI on Friday May 23rd, 2014. Zac is a graduate of Youth Are Working and is a great example of determination and resiliency. Zac has a position secured in one of the country’s finest restaurants Juniper Kitchen and Wine Bar in Ottawa. www.juniperdining.ca
